 Physical Presence: All pre-registered players are required to be checked in at the desk prior to their scheduled tee time. 

Any player who has not checked in prior to their tee time will be disqualified. Their spot will be immediately forfeited and released to a player on the standby list. 

 Please note that phone calls, texts, or emails regarding your arrival status—regardless of the reason—will not be accepted as a check-in. Physical presence is required to maintain logistics. 

To manage the transition from our online waitlist to day-of participation, we will follow this timeline:

• Pre-Event Waitlist (Registration Close): From the time registration/waitlist closes 12:00 PM (the day before the event) until 5:00 PM, we will continue to fill any open spots using the existing online waitlist rankings.
• Waitlist Reset: At 5:00 PM the day before the event, the online waitlist is officially retired.
• Day-of Standby: Any spots that become available after 5:00 PM the night before, or due to no-shows on the day of the event, will be filled via the physical sign-in sheet at the check-in desk. DO NOT REACH OUT ASKING FOR A SPOT TO BE HELD. THIS HAS TO BE A FAIR POLICY ACROSS THE BOARD (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED)

Standby Priority Rules 

• First-Come, First-Served: Open spots are filled strictly based on the order of the physical sign-in sheet at the venue. 

Division Specific: 

• Participation is determined by the order of sign-in and availability within the specific Age Division. 

STANDBY ATTENDANCE:

• You must be present at the time your name is called from standby or we will move on to the next player - We will NOT call or text. 

NO SHOWS:

 No-shows with no contact will be automatically waitlisted for the next capped event.
