Do I need to prove I am eligible for Rule 25 modifications?
Yes. Because Rule 25 allows for significant modifications to the game (such as physical assistance with alignment), the Tournament Committee must verify that a player falls into one of the four categories defined by the USGA:
What documentation is required?
A standard disability placard or a general "medical necessity" note is not sufficient on its own, as these do not confirm you fall into the four categories above. We require one of the following:

Due to the high volume of participants, we are unable to accommodate individual tee time requests. Tee times are scheduled strategically to best support the overall flow and fairness of the tournament.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage all players to arrive early and prepared for their assigned times. Our goal is to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved!
Yes! We understand that having a preferred partner can make the experience more enjoyable, and we strive to accommodate those requests. However, please note that preferred pairings are not guaranteed.
All pairing preferences will be considered in the order they are received, so we encourage you to submit your request as early as possible. While we will make every effort to honor your preference, final pairings will depend on availability and overall group logistics.
*Only request one player - communicate with each other to make sure your pairing lines up
Once tee times and pairings have been finalized and posted, we are unable to make changes based on preference. At that point, all logistics are set to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage early requests if you have a preferred partner—we’ll do our best to accommodate before pairings are finalized!
